About Me

I teach all ages, beginner to advanced guitar lessons, beginner to intermediate bass lessons, and beginner piano lessons. I work with each individuals unique goals as a musician to help get them where they want to go.

Born in Western Massachussetts, I started playing guitar at age 13, and quickly became impassioned enough to practice 5-10 hours a day, even while getting through school. I would blast through my homework, and spend the rest of the day practicing. I even ate my lunch in about 10 minutes so I could spend the rest of my high-school luch break playing guitar. From there, I went on to the Berklee College of Music in Boston, as a Guitar Performance Major, and moved to Cambridge, MA. While at Berklee, in addition to Performance, I studied how to teach Private Lessons under Professor David Newsam, and also learned to play the bass, and some piano.

Though I learned how to teach on a professional level while at Berklee, I taught my first Private Lessons while still in high-school, ranging from beginners to professional players of all ages. I quickly learned how deeply I loved teaching, passing this great art and passion along to others, while working with each individuals goals as a musician. My passion for teaching has only grown since then, while studying with David Newsam at Berklee.
